Welcome to the Fen vs Funk 4 Week Free Bootcamp Challenge for Women. The online Challenge was created by two of Canada’s Top Fitness Trainers, Fenley Fearon (getyourassinshape.com) and Funk Roberts (fitfirmandfab.com). The goal of the challenge is to help women of all ages, races, shapes and sizes to embrace a healthier, fit lifestyle. Through weekly online workouts, nutrition plan, supplement tips and health and fitness information all the women that participant will have the tools to a flatter stomach; firm arms, legs and butt; lose some inches; increased energy and confidence and lose weight.
WHAT IS THE FEN VS FUNK BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE FOR WOMEN?
So you have to be asking, what is this challenge all about. Well, I’m chomping at the bit getting ready to reveal how the challenge works. It’s pretty simple. The Fen vs Funk 4 Week Bootcamp is an online challenge for women. Each week you will receive 3 workouts for 3 different days and for the 4th day. You will get to choose your favourite workout of that week. Each week you will have 4 workouts.
Monday – Fen Workout Video
Tuesday – Funk Workout Video
Thursday – Guest Trainer Workout Video
Friday – You Choose
You can watch each workout, which will have full instruction and examples of each exercise taught to you by the trainer. You will also have written description of the workouts which will give you how’s and whys behind each workout. You will do the Workout 4 days a week (Monday – Tuesday -Thursday-Friday).
Each week you will get another set of Fen and Funk workouts, plus a new guest trainer. That you will do for the 4 days of the week. The workouts include interval circuits, bodyweight, plyometrics, calisthenics, core, abs and strength training, bands that will no doubt increase your strength cardio and conditioning. Perfect if you want a flatter stomach; firm arms, legs and butt; lose some inches; increased energy and confidence and lose weight
You will never plateau with the Fen vs Funk program as you will have workouts each week. Your body will not have time to adjust, just keep shocking it into a shirt drenching, fat shredding, body firming machine. After you complete the 4 weeks you should see more tone in your muscles, stronger core and abs, tighter butt and firm legs, increased cardio, more flexibility and a slimmer you.
At the beginning of this program, it’s going to be tough. You may not be able to get through each exercise or the workout, but NEVER QUIT...NEVER GIVE UP. It will get easier for you, but that’s because you are making yourself better, not because the workouts are easier.
We will push you through your limits, but make no mistake, if you follow the bootcamp challenge you will see results.
